1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Forest Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License
Dalvi Games grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Forest Rush for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play rules.
3. Gameplay and fair use
You must not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores or purchases, interfere with advertising, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the game except where law permits, or disrupt other users or service providers.
4. Leaderboards
Forest Rush may use anonymous authentication and online leaderboards. Scores may be rejected or removed when they appear fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair gameplay.
5. Advertising
The game may show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded benefits are granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
6. Remove Ads
The non-consumable remove ads product is processed by Google Play. When the entitlement is confirmed, banner and interstitial ads are disabled. Voluntary rewarded ads may remain available for optional gameplay benefits.
7. Virtual progress and rewards
Scores, coins, lives, continues, rankings, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged unless explicitly stated by Dalvi Games.
8. Availability and updates
Game balance, features, art, ads, purchases, supported devices, and online services may change. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or third-party service availability.
9. Disclaimer
Forest Rush is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dalvi Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the game.
11. Privacy
Your use is also subject to the Forest Rush Privacy Policy.
