1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Alien Flight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License
Dalvi Games grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Alien Flight for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to platform rules and these Terms.
3. Fair use
You must not cheat, manipulate scores, interfere with ads or purchases, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law, or disrupt services used by other players.
4. Leaderboards
Alien Flight may use anonymous authentication and online leaderboards. Scores or entries may be removed when they appear fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair play.
5. Advertising
The game may show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded benefits are granted only when the advertising provider confirms successful completion.
6. Remove Ads
The non-consumable remove ads purchase is processed by Google Play and removes banner and interstitial advertising when the entitlement is confirmed. Optional rewarded advertising may remain available because it is initiated by the player in exchange for a gameplay benefit.
7. Availability and changes
Features, game balance, supported devices, online services, advertising availability, and visual elements may change. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or third-party services.
8. Disclaimer
Alien Flight is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dalvi Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the game.
10. Privacy
Your use is also subject to the Alien Flight Privacy Policy.
11. Governing language
The English version controls where translations differ, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
